Hand Sanitizer

Dispense a dime/quarter-sized amount into center of palm and cup hand, put the bottle down, then continuously rub sanitizer into hands or entire area to be protected from all "germs."
Use frequently (between random interactions and venue changes). 
Of course avoid the inner eyes, inner nose, all sensitive areas and definitely do not eat.

This is a liquid formulation, mildly less convenient perhaps, but far more responsible and sustainable than a gel or any other medium. Cup your hand so as to prevent run-off while you put the bottle down.
